Delivery systems across the globe are still experiencing logistics and delivery issues due to increased volume and COVID-19 complications.

When you checkout, we can provide an estimate based on your items, address, and shipping provider. These are only estimates and not a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping estimates are subject to change based on updates from the shipping company.

Each shipping company provides their own tracking number and shipping information. To track your package once it leaves our hands, you’ll need to reference your tracking number and contact the shipping company if there are issues.

Shipment Schedule
The parcel will be sent out within 72 hours once the orders are made. Please note that it may take 2-6 days for handmade products to be shipped.At the same time, you will receive an email with a tracking code in your e-mail after the package is shipped.

Usually, it may take 8 to 14 natural days for the parcel to arrive in most countries. 

The shipping time is up to multiple factors, like the destination country, custom, weather and so on, which is really hard to control. This is what we are working on all the time to make it better and improved.Asking for forgives for any inconvenience.
